“ A new way to enjoy the sea. This floating cottage is a wonder and provides a different experience of swimming in the beach. There are slides, tarzan swing and a jumping platform. There is also a safe swimming pool for those scared of swimming in open water. The floating cottage is also a restaurant. Groups can order meals for sharing. Filipino food options are available. To get here from Iloilo City: Take a ferry boat at Parola Wharf going to Jordan. Take a jeep, multicab or a hired trike going to Alubihod in Nueva Valencia. ”
“ This is one of the places in Guimaras that I would recommend. Theres alot of things you can do here; eat, swim, diving, swing dive, or just relaxing. Foods here are delicious, especially the lobster. The owner, Sir Charles, is very accomodating. You can also rent a boat here to do an island hopping activity. “ *I don't have a lot of pictures at this place but I hope this few would help. Our stay in Charles Floating Cottage is not part of the plan. We just go with it as the guys who accompanied us on the island hopping said that it would be our last stop, and suggested us that we can have a dinner there. We grab that comment since we are unsure where to eat that time. Along our stay and while waiting for the foods to be served, we enjoyed the cliff board diving (7" and 13"), slide, and Tarzan swing. We did not expect that the next day, we'll come back there again since my cousin (and US) really loves the activities offered. The foods are quite expensive, like every servings cost 350 to 450 but it's quite reasonable since all are deliciousooo and when our bill cost more than 1k, they did not charged us with the entrance fee. They are pretty great and accommodating. The activities are perfect, plus the foods and the service. On our next visit, we brought our own foods and just paid for the entrance fees since the fun is what we are chasing for. It's perfect for folks, especially to kids, who are not KJ and just love having fun. Thank you for the great accommodation. Hope to be there again soon. ”

“ This is a nice experience if you don't have problem with motion sickness. Some of us was just too nauseated to eat because it felt like you were in a small boat that was moving around too much because of the waves. Food was okay. But I think the seafood was fresh. They also have lobster, crab and shrimp. They charge you 150 per head for cottage usage ( locals exempted). You can also swim in the area with water slides and a rope you can use to jump in the water. There's only a parking space outside the gate for 1-2 cars, depending on the size. You have to go inside as there's no one watching the gate. ”
“ We've been here twice. The first visit was on a holiday so the place was so crowded and it took hours to wait for our food orders. The second visit was on a weekday and we quite enjoyed the peace and serenity of the sea water surrounding the floating cottage while enjoying our food. If you're looking for a unique dining experience in Guimaras, then this can be an option. ”
